Lora Delos Reyes is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor and works primarily telehealth in California and Virginia. She identifies as Filipino American and enjoys connecting with her cultural identity including continuing to learn and practice Tagalog and cooking traditional Filipino dishes. She spent her early career working with individuals and families in intensive community mental health services including inpatient adult treatment centers, adolescent group homes, wraparound teams, and a non-profit child abuse prevention agency.

Lora works closely with clients to explore issues related to intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. She utilizes interactive strategies (i.e. storytelling, creative expression, handouts) to assist clients to explore their issues fully.
