TELETHERAPY
Therapy sessions are available online for California and Virginia residents. Teletherapy is typically conducted via video conference through Google Meet. You will receive an invite to your session via email. This is a great option for those who have a busy schedule and find it difficult to make time for face to face sessions.
INITIAL CONSULTATION | 15-20 Minutes | Complimentary
A complimentary 15-20 minute phone consultation is available to learn if O.N.E. Counseling Services is the right fit for you or your child.
INTAKE | 60 Minutes | $200
The first appointment is typically an intake and assessment interview which takes roughly 50-60 minutes. I encourage all prospective clients to review & complete intake paperwork prior to our scheduled intake and assessment appointment so that we can focus on completing the appropriate assessment measures and clinical interview for treatment recommendations.
When meeting with youth, I prefer to meet with the caregiver(s) for the first half of the session and then meet with the youth independently. I may also ask to meet with the youth and their caregiver(s) together.
INDIVIDUAL | 50 Minutes | $200
O.N.E. Counseling Services provides individual treatment for adults (18+) and youth (10-17) that is personalized to assist you to overcome barriers, nurture relationships, & empower yourself to meet your wellness goals.
CHECK-IN ADD ON | Prorated per 10 minutes
In the event that an additional session is needed between sessions or in case of emergent non-threatening need, please feel free to schedule a check-in.
O.N.E Counseling Services offer’s to meet with caregivers to explore strategies to assist them in supporting their youth as they participate in treatment. Caregivers’ participation in treatment can be helpful in dealing with differences in parenting approaches between parents and encouraging young clients to utilize their new skills.
